Reverse: DHMAPX EX YPATOC TO D, Eagle with open wings standing facing, head left, holding wreath in its beak, crecent/galley? between legs.

Caracalla antoninianus - the obverse has been double struck. The coin may be a fouree or an official example where debasement went too far. An interesting study piece.
