We have just added another 180 of the dirtiest coins we could find on the market! These are better sized than our normal offerings. We asked out supplier for better sized coins and they were able to deliver.

Size range: 16-26mm. Of course we dont sit down and measure every coin so some may fall outside this range. Yes there are some obvious larger ones in the images and more follis/antoninianus sized coins.

What do we mean by dirty? Please browse the photos to see the level of encrustation of these coins. They range from dirty to heavily encrusted. Theres a stray coin in there with decent detail but don't panic most should be dirty.

Whats the percentage of keepers going to be like? We don't know. If I cant see below the surface of the crud, the digger couldn't see below the surface of the crud so what you discover will be seen for the first time in 1700 years!

Of course being so encrusted a stray Byzantine or Islamic coin may rear itself but that's what makes this type of coin so MUCH FUN!
