How much is postage?

Items are usually shipped the same or next working day from when your payment is received (cleared) and, on average, take 1-5 business days to arrive at Australian destinations or 1-2 weeks to arrive at International destinations. Mail will take longer if Customs stops the item (in this case it can take up to 3 months to clear customs)

We understand that a majority of people aren't at home during business hours to accept deliveries, for this reason we prefer to ship items via Australia Post instead of a courier service (Yes, we ship to PO Boxes!). If you're not at home when delivery is attempted, a small card will be placed in your letterbox to notify you that your package is awaiting pick-up from your local post office. Please note that identification stating your postal address along with your signature may be required to collect your package from the post office (depending on your countries postal policies).

All insurance is provided by Australia Post, so all claims and payouts must be handled by Australia Post. Cerberus Coins will lodge your claim and assist you with every step of this process.

• Australia Post - Airmail (1-2 weeks, uninsured): US$5.00

• Australia Post - Insured Airmail (1-2 weeks, insured up to $100, signature required, tracking number): US$14.50

• Australia Post - Registered Airmail (1-2 weeks, signature required, tracking number): US$17.50

Shipping to Italy and South America, Canada and Russia must be Insured/Registered due to the bad reputations these countries mail systems have.

Within Australia - 1-200 Coins

• Australia Post - Express (1-2 working days, uninsured, tracking number): $7.00

• Australia Post - Registered (2-6 working days, insured up to $100, signature required, tracking number): $4.00

NOTE: We charge the same shipping fee for 200 coins as we do for 1 coin even though postage is more, so buying larger quantities saves you money!
