Shipping
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT, LOSS or DAMAGE WITH THE POST OFFICE & ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE POSTAL INSURANCE.  Uninsured Shipping is exactly that - UNINSURED.  If insurance is purchased and there is a loss, theft or damage, we will file your claim with the Post Office and monies will be refunded by them pursuant to their terms and conditions.  Shipping to Italy and South America must be sent registered due to the bad reputations of their mail systems.

Product Returns
All products can be immediately returned for a refund, but a 20% re-stocking fee may be charged at the descretion of management.  The entire order must be returned - no cherry picking.  Uncleaned coins will not be refunded if they have been partially or wholly cleaned.  Postage is non-refundable if it has been paid to the shipping carrier (if the items have been shipped to you).

All returns must be authorized or the package will not be accepted.  If you wish to make a return for any reason, please contact us.

Payments
Payment must be received within 7 days from placing your order for Australian buyers or 14 days from placing your order for International buyers.  If payment has not been received in full by this time, all items will be released for sale to other buyers.
