Refund policy

We offer a 30 day right of return on all our coins and antiquities. You must email us to notify us you are returning your order and choose a method of postage which will ensure I receive the coins and or antiquities safely. 

We do not refund:

  • postage costs (This includes the original postage you paid nor the return by a carrier of your choice).
  • additional insurance we have had to pay to cover the cost of your coin/s (even if you chose not to pay additional insurance)
  • import taxes we have had to pay on your behalf (if applicable). 

Until we (www.cerberuscoins.com) receive the returned stock you (the buyer) continue to own and have carriage and legal responsibility for those coins and or artifacts.

Coins and/or antiquities must be returned in the condition they were sent. You must package them appropriately to minimise potential damage.

Coins and/or antiquities which are received by www.cerberuscoins.com in damaged condition will be returned to you the buyer and no refund will be made as these will be deemed to be damaged goods.

Uncleaned Coins

If you are dissatisfied with your coins when you receive them YOU MUST repack them all immediately and return them. If you attempt to clean, remove dirt or encrustation or otherwise alter the coins original uncleaned appearance you are not covered by our return policy.

If you buy a lot or multiple lots of coins and decide you wish to only return some of the coins this is not acceptable. You must return all of the coins of that type. You cannot pick and choose the best ones and leave the rest. This is not negotiable.
